2 red flags here, Hydrogenated oils have no place in our diet and Red Yeast Rice is regulated by the FDA to have the active and naturally occurring statin removed.
Other than that she makes sense on a basic common sense diet.

Why don't we just bleed everyone with leeches!? Your science is just about as outdated. Hydrogenated oils and high carbohydrate intake cause inflammation that leads to heart disease. If dietary fats raise cholesterol (which even Ancel Keyes agreed they didn't) then why is plaque never distributed evenly throughout the veins? Plaque is only found in the large arteries leading to and from the heart, where inflammation occurs. Never in the extremities.

There are a lot of snake oil salesmen out thee. And a lot a witch doctors on the web and tv. If it sounds contrary to what doctors are saying; it probably is.

Misleading outdated information. Saturated fats are good for you. LDL and HDL are proteins NOT cholesterol. Your liver is not producing cholesterol for the sole purpose of giving you a heart attack, cholesterol is your friend. Please stop spreading old dangerous myths.
