Was looking at GRLevel3, watching a velocity couplet (rotation in the storm) around Melvern, KS. Tornado warning was issued, so grabbed the camera and headed out the door just as the sirens started to go off. Watch when we turned off the paved road (left turn), was dust swirls coming off the road and looks like a cone above it, but not sure, wasn't watching it.. Good clip of a close lightning strike at the end!

  • Works just fine for me, try closing and reopening your browser or resetting your computer. Whys it take one person to comment about the focus to get others to do the same. Obviously if you watch I changed it to manual focus after I pulled off the roadway.

  • I wish I lived in KS I live in WV we never have tornados just thunderstorms I guess becuz of the mountains we have well awesome tornado and video:)

  • @minecraftmaster927 There are tornadoes in WV, if you're meaning West Virginia. If things set up like they are looking to next week I might get a chance to get some new video up. Could be a fun week.

  • Not a good time to curse Gods name when your parents town is threatend by a tornado.

  • @TheWaynelds I didn't see any tornadoes... You'd get to watch it on here if I would've. Probably would've said worse had there been one actually on the ground. (My In-laws house by the way, not my parents).

  • hey i know that beeping sound anywhere isnt that a blackberry phone ?

  • @RadioactiveKat22 I think it probably was, I've never had one, I don't like the blackberry o.s., my wife had one for a while though.

  • @SecretAgentSatipo I am still wondering if this is a serious question.

  • @SecretAgentSatipo It's very rare that they do. usually they happen in the cold wintery climates of Antartica between january1st - 3rd. Never in the U.S. DERP!!!!

  • @Wolfpackprincess16 They sound it to warn you that the chances are great for a tornado before it hits the ground to give you a chance to get prepared so you have the ability to get to your safe spot, if they sounded them after they hit the ground, it would be almost pointless.

  • the tornado was probably embeded in that rain shaft.

  • are you a storm chaser.

  • @SecretAgentSatipo: Well, it IS Kansas after all.............=)

  • i hear a shrek song on a radio!

  • Are those sirens Thunderbolts? They sure sound like them!

  • holy moses why are you outside?!?!

  • was that a siren?

  • WOAH my siren...at perville MO, SOUNDS SUPER DIFFERENT! Im used to it, though. We have heard it like 4 nights in a row. But no tornado.....TORNADO SIREN GET YOUR F***KIN FACTS RIGHT!

  • It's an horrible nightmare, the same of Silent Hill
