Google Heather Crowe (April 23, 1945, Yarmouth, Nova Scotia – May 22, 2006, Ottawa, Ontario). She was a waitress who was exposed to second hand smoke and died of lung cancer. She successfully was awarded damages from the Canadian government for her cancer due to second hand smoke. Heather never smoked a day in her life.

A complaint, signed by 21 people from 9 states, was sent to Grassley TWO YEARS AGO and he did nothing. It has been sent to Issa, Boehner, Huelskamp, and other Congressmen and Representatives. STILL nothing has been done! THe Johnson and JOhnson donations to elected officials has not slowed a bit! The Justice Department recieved it. NOTHING. The IRS got. NOTHING. It is illegal for pharmas and non profits to lobby for legislation. But not for pro smoking ban I guess!

In Michigan, people are encouraged (told) to call the health dept. on the business and not to "bother" the Police with the actual person smoking and breaking the law. This was printed in a Sunday Newspaper in Northern Michigan.

This small business owner is boycotting ALL Johnson and Johnson Products, and the American Cancer Society (for lobbying for bans) and the Heart and Lung Associations (same reason). I found a list of all the J&J over the counter products on the internet. Many of them, including Tylenol, Motrin, Rolaids, have been under recent recalls by the federal government. I notified the Cancer Society to kiss off EVER getting anyone in my business, or in my family, or circle of friends, to ever donate again!

If formeldahyde is sooooo poison as this anti advert implies (I do believe in the dose that does the poison btw) WHY do/did J&J use it in baby products?

I look forward to the day when the FDA, ACS, CDC and other anti-tobacco organizations are brought up on corruption charges, and as loose as they've been getting lately, that could be soon. Then we get to live free again. Great show, thanks!
