Need a new Squat to shake things up? How about the "Bottom Up Front Squat". Given the right phase, mobility, and if used for the right reasons the "Bottom Up Front Squat" can be a useful tool to reinvigorate you Squatting. Make sure when you set the height of the bar, the hips are below the knees.
