When I was about to purchase this product I looked online for a good description on how to use the thing and I could not find a good video on it. Also I seemed to have a difficult time on finding out some good tips on how to make that perfect cup of coffee. I did my best here so if any of you have any tips on what I could do to make a better cup, please let me know. But this is intended for those who would like to see this coffe maker in action from start to finish.

  • I'm going to post a new video soon detailing the process of making a half pot of coffee. Same process under 10 min from start to finish.

  • the idiot running the camera needs to leave it alone, you are very annoying.

  • i loove coffee..but omg this looks like a pain in the butt. I'll keep to my french press thank you. This was a good video btw.

  • Nice!

  • @klarinetta Ok when I look at this video I think that brewing a full pot might be better because there is less water left in the down chamber than when brewing 1/2 a pot but Bodum states in the instruction that you can brew anywhere from 1/2 to a full pot.

  • @markpianoman One more thing if you have a induction cooker(or span cooker as we call it in Iceland don't know if it's the same thing) then this pot, moka pot or a pancake pan won't work on it.

  • @markpianoman This works fine for just a 1/2 pot(tried it yesterday)

  • I've got another question for you -- Does it work well to make just a 1/2 pot of coffee with the Bodum Santos? A full pot might be too much for my wife when I'm not home.

  • Do you know if the Rory glass filters work in the Bodum Santos?
