@Schnitzelfreaks exactly - infact on person i did respected Tom Ventuo - a seemingly natural, interviewed Kia and said to Kia "you are completely natural ...how do you do it..." sort of the thing...MY GOODNESS - I lost a lot of faith in mankind that day LOL. Simple, these people have to make money as well. To each his own, train hard be consistent and try to get close to some of these guys to know what they REALLY do - that will get you improvements in your body.
