2012 NFL Playoffs: Wild Card Weekend Picks Against the Spread

We're less than 24 hours from the start of the 2012 NFL Playoffs. On tap for Wild Card Weekend are matchups between the Houston Texans and Cincinnati Bengals, the Green Bay Packers and Minnesota Vikings, the Baltimore Ravens and Indianapolis Colts, and last but not least, the Washington Redskins and Seattle Seahawks. SB Nation's KD Drummond previews each of the four games and offers up his picks against the point spread.

You take "the spread" (plus or minus points) and add it to that team's final point total. If the "new" total gives them a win, then you win the bet. For instance, Seattle -3 means Seattle has to win by more than 3 points to win the bet. A 28-24 final score would "turn into" 25-24 and you'd win. But a 27-26 Seattle win would be a losing bet, as the final would "turn into" 24-26. Hope that helps.
