Yes, it might have installed components of a rogue anti virus, or stored the image information of the scanner on your computer. These are called fakealerts.
Download Webroot Internet Security Essentials for removal of some, Microsoft Security Essentials for free, or a free antivirus with antispyware.

@NOZblast2 The scan is bogus. It won't do anything to your comp unless you follow the rogue's instructions for the "removal" of the infections.

I installed the spyhunter is free to scan .. but to removed the malware you got to pay $30 for the full version.. Any way around this?
