@DJtizedLetsPlays Not a bad choice. I'm hoping to grab some Audio Technica ATH-AD900s soon. They've got quite the price tag, though.

@timodude1985 Not when you have awesome speakers!

@timodude1985 This soundtrack is just beautifully mastered. I got my Sennheiser 558's today, hearing stuff i'm suprised Uematsu even bothered to put in the music (given the platform it was on!)

Seems as though that the common feeling for this game:
'Eh, wasn't that great, but the music was some of the best in the series.'
-
I wasn't really a fan of this game, but this song is intense.

You didn't need to grind for full magic, all you had to do is get each GF's magic-item converter ability, and just fill whatever magic to 100 depending on what random items you had. The lazy man's way of doing it anyways.

This is the original.

There are FFVIII themes in it, but I think that it is not a theme of the original FFVII. Is this a remix?
-
Ultimecia's final form definitely ranks amongst the Final Fantasy series more unusual monsters, but this tune seems to oddly be able to fit, with the opening fitting time beginning to fade, but your party is not finished and keeps up the good fight.

Around 1:40 it sounds similar to the battle/boss theme from Final Fantasy IV.
I love listening to this with headphones instead of speakers. TRUST me there is a Big Difference.

Isn't it always a given final boss themes are always epic? Seriously, even with the newer ones, FF always manages some of the best FF Final Boss themes imaginable. This Is The Last Battle, Zeromus, Decisive Battle, Dancing Mad, One Winged Angel, Extreme, Darkness Beyond Eternity, Otherworld, FFXII Final Boss Theme, Nascent Requiem. Hmm? Am I right or wrong on this?
