CalTrain Action at Bayshore Station in San Francisco on 2/15/08

9 trains in 7 minutes!! This is action at the Bayshore Caltrain station that I shot back in February on my trip to San Fraicisco. Enjoy!

Train 1: Caltrain 228, a Limited stop train arrives into Bayshore with F40PH-2CAT 915 and Cabcar 40XX

Train 2: 221

Train 3: 323 Blasts through the station without stopping, passing a local train with cabcar 4007 and F40PH-2CAT 911.

Train 4: 225

Train 5: 230

Train 6: 329

Train 7: 227

Train 8: "Baby Bullet" Train # 332 BLASTS out of the tunnel and through the station with MPI MP36PH-3C 927 leading and cabcar 113.

Kewl video, might add that it's 65mph around the curve in/out of the tunnel, then picks up to 79mph on either side.

I might add that before the upgrade to the track, the speed limit was 60mph thru there, definetly was alot nicer being able to run at 79mph instead of 60mph.

@astrotrain53 Residents along the line complained, so they (Caltrain) reduced the tone of the horns, let me tell you having been an engineer there I always longed for a louder horn to keep the idiots off the tracks!
