Tiger Woods in Fukushima New swing. 369 yards

How is my swing? Distance is between 280-290. What can I improve?? Actually my handicap is about 17. Yes, I know my swing sucks but anyway check out what a range looks like in Japan. This one is "all you can hit" balls for $10 for 8 hours. The guy beside me has a newspaper, deckchair and packed lunch. Hits about 10 balls an hour. Is there any other way you should retire??

Yeah most ranges in Japan have Auto Tees. The range I was at on this day is 1000 yen ($12) for 7 hours, as many balls as you wanna hit. I think I hit about 900 balls on this day. Cheap to practice in Japan but expensive to play.

your grip is too strong, top of your backswing isn't parallel with your feet and your follow through isn't great, id say with that swing it would be rather difficult to get 280-290, unless ofcourse your talking yards not metres (im an aussie).

other than that you have great balance and tempo to your swing

you'll probably need to work on your ball posistion and keeping your head down!

Cheers for the constructive comment. I'm an aussie also, but yeah, I'm talking yards. I need to update this vid, but I doubt much has changed. Keeping my head down, yeah that's a tough one. Growing up playing cricket hasn't helped, every ball is going back over the bowlers head, over the site screen for six.

Do you have trouble hitting fairways? Looks like you're using too much upper body, not enough lower. Try driving your left hip toward the target to start your downswing. There's a great Ben Hogan video on Youtube about it.

Was that socks you were swinging in? On your downswing It looks like all your weight was on your toes on your left foot. Try shifting the weight to your left heel before the downswing. Also keep your right arm more straight after impact the shaft almost hits you in the left shoulder.
