No way Thompson's available in the second round, Kige. You're right that he obviously went too early, but there's no way he gets past the mid-20s.

I am in full agreement, Kige. Jason Thompson? Ryan Alexander? What about Darrell Arthur? What? a bad kidney? Well Memphis did get a huge steal. The Nets and Kings know that Arthur is better than their first round draftees.

Memphis is going to suck next year. So will New Jersey. But Portland will be a great team next year like you said, and watch out for Miami, they will deffinitely be an improved team. Minnesota is young, but more talented than you think, so they'll be a playoff team agian.

Ryan Anderson was a little bit surprising at 21, but there's no way he would have been around later. He was ranked 25-30 on most draft boards, and he was obviously the guy the Nets wanted at that point in time. Not a big reach at all, and he's a great fit for the team.

Also, speaking of the Nets, they were the ones with the steal of the draft. Chris Douglas-Roberts at 40 is beyond highway robbery. No question, he was the steal.

you obviously have never seen jason thompson play. you don't find many power forwards with ball handling abilities and an outside game.

"He is a good fit for this team. The Bucs need players who can play."

Pure genius, Kige.
