Hi guys, thanks for this video. I recently heard about this pasta and got extremely excited until I came across information online in regards to it being a scam. Several people (diabetics) have posted that after eating this pasta, they did not experience an immediate spike in bloodsugar, but two hours after consumption, POW, there was the blood sugar spike. Any thoughts on this?

@Intellsensualgoddess I think it varies from person to person. Diabetes blogger David Mendosa endorses Dreamfields pasta and I've interview Mike Crowley the president of Dreamfields on my podcast. He says you need to be sure not to overcook it or the complex matrix that makes it low-carb will break down. Hope you can listen! :)
