Thanks for posting this video. I still have this movie on VHS tape (somewhere) and haven't forgotten how much I liked the movie and the music. I'll have to find it and watch again. Burton Cumming has a unique voice. Never have seen him in person, but would like to.

Actually, this song is called "Something Old, Something New." it is off of the album "Sweet Sweet" (I burned it from record to CD so that I could put it on my ipod.) Killer song. Amazing voice.

I bought this movie online for $9.99 +tax from CVPlus (through Google) it was transferred from vhs but the quality is very good

Something old something new. A song in a movie that i have never forgoten up to this very day. The movie melanie i first watched when i was about 13yo. Now im almost 40. Such nice music, and movie. I watched it for the first time on HBO. It was years that went by, but still i love everything about it. Thanks for posting!! What surprises me is the its all from Canada, yet so less people have ever heard about the flick and the songs.
