  • Why do you not lock out your knees? You bounce on your knees instead of locking them out. Any reason as to why? Just asking here.

  • @m5p944 it's not easy, but it's not meant to be hard or a stand-alone exercise. this is to help the lockout in a DL.

  • this is easy. If you start below your knees than it's a whole lot different story.
