@OQArrow It seems that you are not allowed to film at Melbourne Central at any time, but it's ok at other stations. I find that a little strange and I don't like that rule, but that dude was just doing his job on behalf of Connex. One of the policies for amateur photography now on Metro's website says:
"18. This permit is NOT valid for photography at the City Loop Stations (Parliament, Flagstaff and Melbourne Central). Photography is NOT permitted at these stations."
