This is a great squat exercise when you don't have a barbell or you just want to mix things up and keep you muscles guessing. Requires more balance and core strength to do this properly... definitely give it a try!

  • Hey nigfufu... yeah they are ridiculous, but so effective too. In that video is is only 2 35 lb DB's. Even then that is tough especially when you pump up the reps.

  • Those are the hardest exercises to perform. Once I did 5 sets of 8 w/ x2 50 lb DB's with a 60 second rest interval. That was the most wasted I have ever been after an exercise.

  • How much weight is that?
