Woodstock brought Sly & The Family Stone to the national spot light. Well known is SF area cuz that is his home town. DJ on a radio station called KSOL. under the name Sylvester. This tune kicks ass anytime. Funk, Rock and Jazz all blended together. Couldn't stop dancing when we heard this stuff in High School. Saw the movie at a Century Theater so many times and high as a kite. Never gets old.

@TheNorthernSoulKing I'm glad to see you don't let them get you down keep on listening these artist gave use what we hear today and most do not even realize it. The sounds from the past can be found in a lot of the new music today.
