Will & freddy c. take on 5 rounds for time of 5 deadlifts @ 275# and 10 burpees with a 6" jump

  • shit form in deadlift. ends up almost romanian. hell of a circuit though

  • since I add weight to the bench and deadlift, I just keep it 1 rep each for bench and deadlift per set in circuit. but I'm going to increase the reps in the burpees per set my goal is 12x1(Bench/deadlift progression in weight)x12(burpees w/hand speed drill). safety is paramount so i'm gradually progressing with this one especially since two heavy weightlifting exercises are involved in this circuit. GOD BLESS!! 

  • I did a workout in close to same fashion today at the gym, but I added a hand speed drill befroe i do the push-up with the burpee and I added bench press qith the circuit. Also, I did 12x1 for each and I added weight to deadlift and bench after every three sets. so basically it went like this for today 1-3(135lbs.) 4-6(225lbs.) 7-9(315lbs.) 10(335lbs.) 11-12(345lbs.)

    1.Bench press

    2.Burpee w/hand speed drill-12x1 per each exercise in circuit. progression in weight. cont.

    3.Deadlift

  • Get great cardio fitness, 5-10 years from now have fucked joints and back. Well... :)

    I agree with this, in a lot of Crossfit videos I've seen, I've noticed people not being careful with form.

  • Dude without a shirt, your back rounds waaaay too much during the deadlifts. I know you have to do it fast, but there's gotta be a compromise.
