its either a sandbar shark or a dusky... i live in this area and i catch them quite often...No way its a mako cause the color is wrong and the eyes arent just dark black...also makos freak out when hooked and a little one would have spooled him easily. that was realitivly small as mentioned in the videoo. they catch them off the beach here up to 7 feet...
