One of Ondoy's Terror

At the beginning, You could see the lamp post with a yellow line on it. It is quite clear that the water isn't so frighteningly high but when I checked again after a few hours, You could see the yellow line from the lamp post disappearing. Plus, the people who were selling "balot" had the water up to their torsos. A few hours later again, the water is slowly coming in..
