Tournament Edition stick VEWLIX-cabinet mod

Long before I got my Tournament Edition stick, I wanted to have a VEWLIX-cabinet joystick. The Mad Catz TE stick is a good replica of the arcade cabinet, but the artwork doesn't match the original machine's stick. The included top sheet has the artwork printed directly on the surface, making it impossible to use own artwork. I got myself a sheet of laser-cut plexi with the proper dimensions and openings for the buttons, stick and control panel to solve this.

To make it look less standard and give it more of an arcade feel to it, I included the moves list on the bottom.

hey , how do you print out the artwork . Do you need a special paper like glossy or matte ?? and if you do can you use it on a regular printer then print it off

It looks best on glossy paper. Use the "Legal" format or customize A3-format paper to fit your regular inkjet printer.

So is it possible to do everything by yourself at home eg: print it out on glossy paper, etc? What else do I need besides just printing the image out on glossy paper? A cover of some sort?

Thanks. You need a plexi-cover that you can buy at tek-innovations website (Art's Hobbies). I recommend glossy photo paper of Legal- or A3-format. Good luck.
