SAN DIEGO (June 15, 2011) U.S. Navy Sailors man the rails as the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70) returns to homeport at Naval Base Coronado. Carl Vinson and Carrier Air Wing (CVW) 17 recently completed a deployment to the U.S. 5th and 7th Fleet areas of responsibility.
