Creative chicken tunnel & ladder

There's no space on our small urban lot for a separate chicken coop, so we put it on the second floor of the existing barn. To connect the run and the coop, we built a chicken ladder and chicken tunnel to keep the chickens out of the garden bed. Next year, the chicken run will be moved to the other raised bed, and the area where the chickens are now will become the well-fertilized garden.

I love it! My hubby is same way with his babies. I call our coop their condo. They just need a tv & be all set. We feed ours lots of fruit & veggies left over & they love it. We get anywhere from 8 to 12 eggs a day
