Sounds like you got an over growth of Candida. You should look into how to alkalinize your body. You can start with adding a pinch of baking soda to your water. HELP! I tried to change my diet to be more healthy. I cut out milk, meat and Bread and ate more vegetables (although I already ate a lot ) 5 days later I got Thrush in my mouth! what foods are good to eat to keep from getting it or to help get rid of it.
