Starring hosts Jason Thomas Scott and David Crotser, guests included celebrities local to the area, including author Christopher Moore and fitness guru Jack LaLanne.

Jack spoke the truth, I was a VERY in-active and depressed teenager, I'll spare you guys my life story but I got into fitness and nutrition at age 17, fast forward a few years I'm in the best shape of my life and happier then I've ever been. It will blow your mind how much of a difference just getting fit will make in your life.

These two kids were trying so hard to be funny and that is typical of kids their age but I wanted so much for them to shut up as I listened to the genius of Jack LaLanne! Visited this site this evening upon hearing of the death of Jack LaLanne and I marvel at his health! Vigor ( and good looks too!) from this video from 1995 when he was 80 years old!, OMG! I'm also hopeful that Jason and Dave have grown up some and will amend their stupid and juvenile actions here by honoring in some way the

These 2 kids here are probably in their mid 30's right now all out of shape with a pot belly drinking heavily, and still childish and stupid. While Jack is in his mid 90's and still keeping it STRONG!! Jack is a one of a kind master and these 2 kids are blinded with their programming media IGNORANCE! They'll regret it one day in their life when they had a chance to meet Jack Lalanne but disrespected his believes and motivation.
