There was a device being built by a guy named tesla. It could be used to create electormagnetic shields around small cities, it would dud bombs and stop radiation apparently. But it required massive power, and that you can apparently get from the earth with "taps". Now from what I have read, not only have the soviets placed around 28 of them. But the massive energy from them is enough to control the weather, among other things.

I just find it funny that those who question what they see on TV don't question what they see on the internet.

I also find it dumb that those who discover or are told the possible answers to their questions don't verify them.

You say it's stupid not to question the media (no sh*t) yet in my previous comment I showed skepticism of what I saw on the media.

And I also have seen up front an experiment on the manipulation of clouds & weather patterns through this type of technology and it can be done. Be open minded. I feel sorry for people like you who were actually brought up in an environment so fearful that you are afraid of all the information that is sitting right in front of you.

I'm sorry, but this was produced on the CBC which surprisingly enough, DOES have very good research & documentary teams. (I suggest watch The Fifth Estate sometime, very good). I'm not going to buy into everything they say, but it's definitely worth questioning. Everything the government & media says is worth questioning & if you don't believe that, then you are fucking stupid. Straight up.
