i applied and they gave me the 2.2.1. sdk how do i get 3,0

and have you created any apps

Have you paid the $99 yet? If not, then you need to wait until Apple officially accepts you.

Also, I do have an app (in the making). I will have the beta version on my iPhone tomorrow, and we are planning on launching it sometime in April.
