A great group of students from the English Language Institute of NSTS hopped on a bus to an organic farm in Dingli, Malta. We walked through the olive groves, tasted some local fruits and vegetables, learned about biodiversity and organic farming, saw a reservoir from the 18th century, learned about the machinery used to make olive oil, and then enjoyed a Maltese lunch overlooking Dingli Cliffs and the sea.
