The spell hit depends on your spec. I have 76 spell hit, but 5/5 in Arcane Focus. This gives me the ability to have a lot more stamina. So completely buffed up with imp buff, kings, MoW, fort, food stam, BEM flask of sorcerer, and commanding shout, I have about 18k health. It's fun to pop a nightmare seed and get 20k.

For those who wonder why it took so long, this was done pre nerf back about 1 month after TBC was released. Most people still had level 60 gear or blues from leveling up (very little kara gear)

if you didnt notice this was recorded over a year ago before the fight was nerfed to hell like it is today. hense notice the mass stacking of consumables.

at the time of the vid, about 13k (imp buff, kings, flask pre nerf and other consumables) Now I have about 15k without crazy buffs from much higher quality items
