JazzMonkeys-How Insensitive-1st Practice with Antoine

Antonio Carlos Joabim has always been one of my favourite composers, and How Insensitive one of my favourite songs. Yet until a month ago, I had never played it, so decided to give it a go with our small jazz trio, the JazzMonkeys. This is our very first time practising the number with Antoine, who joined us for a wonderful evening of improvisation. He had never played the song in A, so this was "winging it"- but in addition to all of this, we also added an extra theme of our own in the middle and at the end- and I think this version has great promise. So, until Antoine can come down from Lyon to Perpignan again, this is sayonara from Robin on piano and the two Oliviers on bass and drums.
