Is there a slope limit to this product? Would it work for a long, occasionally steep private road? Maybe washed 5/8 crush would have enough binding surfaces?
putting gravel on concrete isn't porous and ready mix will not hold up to freeze thaw cycles without doing a complete reinforced slab which will cost alot more. We do Gravel-Lok projects every week and the system is great.

just put ready mixed concrete down first, then a layer of 10mm gravel when still wet and tamp gravel down lightly, much cheaper.
