Hahaha! Your cat Samuel L. Jackson should be friends with my cat Sammy Davis Jr. My Sammy loves to play fetch too :) Sammies seem to be natural fetchers, it's bizarre! Your kitty is awesome!

I have a Sammy too. He also taught himself to fetch, though most of the time he brings the toy only close, and then sits down, and waits for me to come the rest of the way and get it. Last night I found a toy he'd bring back right to me :D Pretty cat of yours.
