Good job loading so far. I really get the yuck feeling you had- Im having it right now. Lotions: Aveeno is oil free, and for the face Neutrogena has oil free.

Hon...don't worry about the small gain...I lost 2 lbs the first day and gained 3 pounds the second...:-) You'll be fine :-) You sound like you ate good!!
Honey...I never stopped using my makeup (mineral makeup)...toothpaste...I still dyed my hair...and used my shampoo. As far as lotions...I just use Coconut oil on my whole body. You can use it because it doesn't metabolize as fat in the body!! I use Secret too...no prob!
