One of my very favorite songs Barbra recorded, but it is always hard to say there are so many. she is an american treasure, for sure, known worldwide as one of the best singers in the world!

This is one of the most beautiful love songs ever. Always been a favorite of mine. I was playing this song one day, and a young, twenty-something, friend of mine, who had come over and heard it, commented "Wow, what a great new song!" I just laughed out loud. He had no idea that this song was not new, but written back in the 1940s. Long before he was even born!

It is clear you don't live in Malibu, Santa Monica or even Woodland Hills in the San Fernando Valley where a lot of tradesmen and domestics live. The guys who sweep the swimming pool must at all times keep their eyes averted (on pain of dismissal)when the great Streisand is resting on her lounge in the sun...no doubt while reading the works of Thomas Jefferson or the Federalist Papers.
