This video simply shows the difference between ECHO and other standard "professional" use brands air filters used. Air filters are the only thing that stands in the way of engines taking in dirt and other particles that affect performance and shorten engine life. ECHO has 5 year consumer warranty. Contact your local ECHO dealer for details.

  • I had two Stihl trimmers, one a brushcutter. They both failed within a year. I went to Shindaiwa for trimmers and brushcutters, and Echo for chainsaws. Both brands have operated faultlessly. It seems, now, Echo has purchased Shindaiwa.

  • @zuuluu1 Echo certainly builds some great equipment and their saws do use a great air filter design. I just wish they would start using a carb. that could handle ethonal fuel. I like Husqvarna the best. We service/repair and run Echo, Stihl and Husqvarna saws, trimmers and blowers.

  • @Lampadamervelha The stihl company claims that stihl is pro. Poulan also claims the same thing. Echos r very pro saws. Mostly used by arborist because of the light materials used for the body. Also the engine life. They come with a 5 year waranty. The only better warranty is the hitachi warranty with a 7 year. I like husqvarnas the most but echo's have the strongest piston and cylinders.

  • @stihl460bertha ALL ECHO chain saws are made by ECHO

  • @Lampadamervelha Echo saws r ment pro arborist mostly which is y they r so light. Stihls r only pro because the company calls it that. If it wer pro theyd have to get the air from the flyweel to b cleaner air and more robust. Instead they havent fixed it and is y stihl chainsaws bog easily if u feed them to fast. That is wat seperates stihl from pro chainsaws.

  • @dukeheat I work for an arborist and loging company and we have a full line of stihl chainsaws we have used for about 6 years. about 2 years ago we got a husky and 3 echo's All are better than the stihls. Stihl get its air from near the fuel tank and sproket cover which is where the saw dust is. Huskys and every other saw brand gets its air from the flywheel which is clean and away from the dust. I only use stihl, echo and husky but I'm a small engine mechanic andhave used all brands in tests.

  • For the price, Echo can't be beat. Fine little saws.

  • i own alot of stihl equipment and 3 echo chainsaws i love both they are all great saws I think the best saws are Echo, Huskys, Stihl, and Jonsereds

  • @ctrental i heard that stihl makes this saw as there off brand just wondering if this is true
