@uthman72 If they are stuck up like the Baroness did, knuckles out, it's an insult. If they are stuck up, knuckles in towards you, like Winston Churchill, it means Victory. Knuckles in towards was for Victory in WWII. Knuckles out was to taunt the French as these 2 fingers were the fingers which were used to pull the English Long Bow which was used at the battle of Agincourt in 1415. The French would cut these fingers off on Long Bow men they caught.
