Heart Of The Alien Ending

This is the ending for the game Heart Of The Alien - Out Of This World Part II. The first game, and this sequel are still two of the coolest games ever made. It was a huge leap forward in graphics and gameplay for it's time, and it still holds true today that there have never really been any games like it except for Flashback. Enjoy!

It does suck that Lester dies, but I think everyone is missing the point. It's not a story about Lester trying to get home, it's the story of an enslaved, oppressed people being liberated due in great part to the sudden appearance of this alien.

In short... alien appears, causes great change, then passes into legend. I can live with that.

I had no idea a sequel was made until coming across this video now. I think I would have enjoyed this game, although I can see that it's more cartoony and less atmospheric than the original, and the ending is just baffling.

this is why i dont like stories like this (both in video games and in films and books.) the human NEVER comes out okay. he either dies or never gets to go home.
