fantastic book - riveting, tour de force! kate dicamillo is one of - if not the - most prolific childrens authors of our time. hands down. she makes magic of words, and hearts.

I wanted to order it from chapters.com but my parents were like "No! Why can't we buy it instead?" because I dont know why but they only like buying because the price is more cheaper, so I have to go to Chapters !ndigo at the mall (forgot what it was called) so yeah.

It is such a good book. One of my all time favorites. I also love Kate DiCamillo's "The Tale of Despereaux" -- totally different type of book, but awesome. That one is really good to listen to as well.

I know...this book is one of my all time favorites. I'm curious to read Kate DiCamillo's newest title The Magician's Elephant. I saw a clip of her reading the first chapter on YouTube and it sounds great. The song I used is called Blue Ridge Mountain Mist. I found it at a copyright-free site online.
