For those saying it's not my iPod and they swapped them. Before shipping it out, I put a new screen protector on with a spec of dust in the right bottom corner. When it returned, the protector was in the same spot with the dust still there. It's sad I had to do that, but because of it I can now give my word that this company is 100% legit.

I had one of these modded 2nd generation iTouch's and sold it for over $1000 I'm not kidding. It is 32GB so thats probably why but it never scratched at all plus I still had the paper with Paul Knights signature that came with it.
