This is an improved demo that I made with some random kits on my Roland TD-9SX. At some parts it's a little sketchy (my bad, it was late and I was getting tired.) But some of the kits are pretty cool to mess around with...truthfully I just stick with #16 Alterna/Punk. I like electronic drums and all, but I stick with the normal kit mostly. Oh and this was filmed with my new Canon Powershot SD 780is. It's an awesome camera (the box is on the right haha).

  • This video and the other "old demo" were really helpful in deciding to buy this kit, its really hard to find demo vid's that show a wide range of the kits in the td9, all else thats needed is the kit names. thanks very much.

Georga tech, why do you have to pick a fight about the price of all things? If you want to know then google it! Surely you have better things to do with your time like build a car or a bridge or pass an exam. Save your hate, dont make snide comments at people trying to help

  • @Tallhedge Hey thanks I'm glad this helped you :) And you're right I don't know what was up with him.

  • so how did you manage the 3000 for this? parants or did you actually go to college?

  • @soulplatos It's not $3000 you moron. And I work and I'm still enrolled in college, I bought it myself clown.

  • @aLexxg239 oh want to be a smart ass about it ok fine:

the set is 2699.99 + sales tax (which is usually 7%) that brings it to about 2888.99

then you have to buy a throne which is 100$ for a decient one

    then a pedal 500$ for DW 9000

So no im no moron. I happen to be an Engineering major at one of the finest insitiutions in the country asshole.

    Greetings from Georgia Tech and

    Thanks for the reply prick~

  • @soulplatos hahaha you're hilarious. I like how you just assume what I paid for everything. For an engineering major you sure do make terrible estimates and assumptions. I actually paid $2000 for the kit, $100 for the pedals, $50 for the throne. AIso, when you buy something online you usually don't incur any sales tax (unless that company has offices in your state), and I did order online. I got great prices on all of them, so suck on that dipshit. WIN!

  • This video was really helpful, thank you :D

I want to buy this kit, but I don't have enough money (Damn...xD)

    Keep on drumming!

  • @SpencerDavis44 Learn to look at the bright side.

  • Learn how to play at a consistent tempo before you...

    A) Buy an Electric Kit.

    B) Play beats you think are sweet.

    C) Upload a video of yourself playing on youtube.

    D) All of the above.

  • @UKFoodChannel The skins are kevlar, good luck ripping them. before i bought one the guy in the show room went to town on one of the kits with a stick trying to damage it and failed.

  • do you have to maintain this kit as you would an acoustic one? and have you noticed any wear and tear on any of the pads? ive tried them and they feel kinda weak, especially if you batter them as much as you do! :)

  • @soulplatos i wouldn't want to buy any thing which you "engineered"

  • @soulplatos Clearly spelling is not a strong suit of that fine engineering institution.

  • Does this v-drum kit have a kit called ''Process'' or ''Progress'' in it? I love that kit. :D

  • what does a set like that cost new?
