Here's the thing. Wanna reduce population? Be a meat eater. A diet that includes meat is more expensive than a vegan one & requires a higher standard of living. Wealthier peoples tend to have fewer children. US is one of the few 1st world countries that's growing & that's only because of immigration.

Overpopulation is highly overrated as an issue. Grew up in the 'baby bust' era - like Rome after the Empire . Schools had to close and consolidate for lack of students and the economy sucked.
