On Oct. 21, 2008, Patti Chan was Chef for the Day at Sotto Sopra in Baltimore. She prepared an amazing 4-course menu that included rabbit tortellini, monkfish osso bucco and port poached pears with star anise ice cream. Thanks to everyone who came out!
