【鮭魚釜飯】
【材料】:白米3杯、香菇6朵、什錦鮮菇1盒、鮭魚1塊、紅蘿蔔1段、牛蒡1段、蒟蒻1塊、四季豆6根、柴油片1包、日式醬油4大匙、鹽適量、白胡椒適量
【做法】:
1、三杯米洗淨再加三杯水放入電鍋裡備用。
2、鮭魚加鹽抹勻醃漬備用。
3、香菇切絲、牛蒡去皮切絲泡入水中。
4、紅蘿蔔切絲、四季豆切絲、鴻禧菇去蒂頭,金針菇切段備用。
5、把蒟蒻插小洞後切成小丁。
6、冷油時放入香菇爆香,再放入牛蒡絲、醬油拌炒,最後再放入紅蘿蔔絲、蒟蒻塊拌炒。
7、將材料倒入內鍋中,依序舖上金針菇、鴻禧菇、鮭魚塊、移到電鍋中蒸熟。
8、再把煮好的飯翻鬆後,放入四季豆絲。
9、將餐巾紙沾濕舖在飯上,再放入柴魚在濕紙巾上,蓋上鍋蓋蒸約十分鐘。
10、十分鐘後再把柴魚片取出即完成這道「鮭魚釜飯」。
