It seems like only yesterday...

It's hard to believe that this month marks a year on since the first ever Youth Olympic Games in Singapore 2010, but still the sound of records being broken, fans cheering and friendships being made rings clear.

This video looks back on what was an incredible 12 days of sporting achievements, cultural experiences and invaluable life lessons for the 3,000 athletes who competed and the millions of spectators and worldwide viewers that followed them.

Singapore 2010 wasn't just about breaking records. It was about being the best you can be on and off the field and being inspired to live by the Olympic values of friendship, excellence and respect. Becoming champions in sport and in life -- that's the YOG spirit!
