J-10A FLIGHT DEMONSTRATION PART 1/2 -- PLAAF 60TH ANNIVERSARY

Here's a video of the J-10A (not J-10B) demonstration at the 60th anniversary of the People's Liberation Army Air Force (PLAAF).

(NOTE: THE FOLLOWING INFO IS ABOUT THE 4.5-GEN J-10A, NOT THE NEW 5TH-GEN J-10B!)
The J-10A Vigorous Dragon (or Vanguard) is a 4.5-generation multirole fighter developed by Chengdu Aircraft Industry Corporation and Chengdu Aircraft Design Institute. It is a very advanced multirole fighter that can perform a huge variety of roles. Fitted with state-of-the-art technology, the J-10A is one of the most advanced fighters in the world. BOTH THE J-10A & J-10B WILL HAVE ANTI-STEALTH RADARS.

The fully capabilities of the J-10A were not known until very recently.
The J-10A, equipped with quadruplex fly-by-wire system, is proven to be more agile and more maneuverable than most fighters of its generation (including the F-15, F/A-18 Super Hornet, Gripen, J-11A, etc...). THE J-10A HAS DEFEATED THE SU-30 AND J-11A IN AN ALL-VICTORY COMBAT RECORD.

The J-10A is equipped with some of the most advanced avionics in the world. It incorporates a powerful radar, jammers, and computers. It also incorporates Infra-Red Search & Track (IRST). Its avionics is ranked superior to many aircraft of its generation.

The J-10A is equipped with a WS-10A engine, with 3D thrust vector control (TVC) to be added in the near future.

The J-10A can carry over 6 tonnes of weaponry with its 11 hardpoints.

Overall, the J-10A can be compared (and in many cases superior) to 4.5-generation aircraft. The J-10 has been compared to the Rafale, Super Hornet, and in some cases the Eurofighter.

THE NEW NEXT-GENERATION J-10B has been released! I will show you the major upgrades and info later, but in short, the J-10B has been compared to the F-35 and is considered "superior to anything but the F-22".

- Range (without refueling): 3,400 km
- Combat Radius: 2,540 km
- G-limits: +9/-3 g
- Wing loading: 335 kg/m²

US defence had said J10B can match the performance of F-18 hornet. But these are single engined being compared constantly with twin engines.

Cool video, but the commentators don't know what they are talking about.

In China "generation" classification system is different from the U.S. generation system. A Chinese third generation is the same as a U.S. fourth generation. Instead of calling the F-16 and Su-27 third generation jets it should've been the 4th.

They also made the ridiculous comment on J-10's supposed TVC capabilities. The J-10 relies on the delta-canard configuration for its superior agility, not thrust vectoring.

J-10B is fitted with, according to your sources, 5th-gen avionics. This is obviously meant to be a test. The J-10B, once enters service, is probably going to be modified even further once new technology comes out.

J-XX avionics haven't been decided yet.
