The story starts two years after the world is freed from the world of darkness. A young dragon escapes from a castle like structure and running from a giant red dragon. It crashes to earth to leaving a crater. Shu and Bouquet have joined the resistance against General Logi where Shu had just finished leading a supply raid on a Rosekstan airship. Shu uses the exo-suit (which resembled the kind used by the Rosekstan Kingdom) to fly Bouquet to the crater. On the empty crater, the two finds themselves prey to a Rosekstan fleet, the red dragon and a boy named Noi who has the ability to reawaken shadows. With Noi's help, the Blue Dragon returns once again to help out. But is it enough for a new foe whose powers could be above anything seen before?
