B5 Audi S4 biturbo Stage III Autobahn Almost Top Speed 177 mph (286 km/h) GPS

A high speed run on the way to the Nürburgring in my Audi B5 S4 biturbo. This was back in 2006. For some reason Youtube classified this video as "adult content" the first time I uploaded it, so not everyone can see it.

I've uploaded it again with a new soundtrack.

The car wasn't quite topped out. It will run out of gear in 6th at 185 mph/300 km/h (hits the rev limiter in 6th = Vmax).

@crzygutrsnobrdr - Yeah, I think 190 would be possible too with a taller 6th. 200+ is possible on stock gearing IF I had turbos that made more power up top and increased the rev limit. Look for MRC's S4 breaking 200 mph on youtube.

@crzygutrsnobrdr nope but obviously you are. You said stroke it out to a 3L...one turbo per bank...guess what....thats 1.5L per bank/1.5L per turbo. So you want 1.5L to spool a 3071. And it's already laggy enough with twin 2871s.

I don't believe this is a Stage 3, i have a 2000 Audi S4 with just an ABT chip going 309hp at 5500 rpm, and i shift into 6th at 240 kmh aswell and reached 288 km/h GPS from the autobahn that goes from switzerland basel border to Rust europapark

@crzygutrsnobrdr you realize a gt47 comes with a t4 twin scroll housing which is how you aid spool a on turbo that size.

My friend adam's GT car spools in the mid 4k range with 2871. Jumping to 3071s would be silly unless you increase your rev range.

Stroking to a 3L might take away 200rpm in spool...still not much.

I'm building a 4.2L with 3071s...now THAT will be fun ;)

3071 is not needed for this car....

switch to the RS6's turbos, injectors, fuel pump and a reflash..... well over 450hp with no lag

damn dude. lol that's fast. I topped my S4 at 160mph once and that was enough for me. Haven't done it since. lol
