He's giving you advice to make smarter choices even for something you would think is so unhealthy for you like fries and a burger. he probably used lean meats, organic veggies, organic whole grain breads which helps keep insulin levels low, and things like that. @uLOVEjULZ Bananas do have a lot of sugar in them. Natural sugar yes which is good but too much for one day. And if you had read the book, too much sugar raises your insulin levels which basically keeps your body from losing belly fat. And if your someone who gains wait easily, I doubt they would want that. So skipping the banana and going for a healthier version of ice cream instead, honestly, who would want to skip that up anyways?

u might lose weight but will you be healthy ? not sure .. i use his 8 minutes in the morning book and it keeps me fit even if i over eat sometimes
