This is great, I just started crossfit 3 months ago and picked it up quickly and am actually competing to get to the Regionals this year. As a 37 year old guy who likes instructions, this was amazing and I strung together 5 after I saw this. Thanks!

Great video. I just got some rings and feel I am strong enough to do the muscle up and it frustrated me all day today. I was doing it all wrong. Cant wait til morning to try this form!

How about progressions on a Straight bar. I don't have rings. And sans Kip. I want to be strict.
